Dear Mike & Karen,

     Just a note to let you know that my sister and I had the best time on your New York Tour.  It was more than expected and we wanted to say thank you so much, it was really great. 

     There are a few comments we would like to make.  First of all, your tour director is a very definite asset to Rybicki Tours.  We had him on a trip previously and were very pleased.  This time however he really represented Rybicki Tours in a FIRST CLASS way.  He was very attentive to everyone's needs. 

     Information on various points of interest was always shared with all of us.  He was courteous, informative, and professional at all times.  We look forward to trips in the future with Rybicki Tours and your tour director.

Dear Mike,

     I just wanted to thank you and Rybicki Tours for going out of your way to help us when we have to cancel our NY trip due to a family member entering hospice.

Dear Rybicki Tours,

     The trip to Traverse City this week was wonderful!  The hotel, the tours, the weather, the food, the tour director, and the driver were wonderful.

     I am 53 and was the youngest person on the trip.

      I have to say that the driver and your tour director are the most patient people in the world for doing this type of work and providing these types of trips for mature adults!

Dear Mike,

We didn't want the day to pass without expressing our gratitute for your kindness this afternoon.  You certainly went above and beyond the call of duty by cleaning the snow off our car when we arrived back at the senior center.  We also appreciated your thoughtfulness for arranging the snacks and beverages on our return trip.  It's this kind of personal service and attention to details that will convince us to travel with Rybicki Tours in the future.  We greatly enjoyed our trip north and that we arrive back home safely.

I want to thank you for a wonderful Pumpkin Patch tour. When I read the literature of the trip, I thought sounds wonderful, but will it really be that great!!  And it was. I can tell you now that it will not be my last tour with your company.  Again, thanks for a wonderful trip.
